Refund policy
Three Year Warranty
All DRNK bottles come with a limited three year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects including leaks. If you detect a manufacturing defect, please email your original invoice and photos of the item to returns@drnk.ae
It does not cover ordinary wear and tear, including dents, cracks, scratches and powder coat chips from the bottle being dropped etc.
It's ok to change your mind
You can cancel your order within 24 hours for absolutely no reason at all; refunds will be made back to the payment method. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
If you change your mind after receiving your DRNK bottle and want to return it, we have a 2 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your bottle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the sales invoice number.
One way shipping fees are deductible in the case of returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately on returns@drnk.ae, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
